Ah, Thursday. The Graduate Office is closed until Monday, so I decided to make today my day of rest. Basically, since I didn't have to get up to go to work today, I slept really late and didn't go out with friends tonight. After I got up, I watched Godzilla (the American one with Matthew Broderick). After that, I played some Command & Conquer: Generals. I had to end the first round because of some treason (read: game error) which caused my troops to either not move or to go in the opposite direction as I had directed. The second round featured myself as China and two USA teams against three GLA teams. Thanks to poor placement on the map, the GLA kicked ass and took names. It was a very ugly match. Speaking of which, I talked with Jaime practically all day today. Some people won't even leave me alone on my day of rest. Thankfully, she hasn't been crazy lately and we're getting along again.
Who the hell is making all that noise?
After playing C&C, I went to Wal-Mart to do some grocery shopping. I should be good for the next few days. However, I didn't feel like cooking tonight, so I had a pizza delivered. So not only did I eat well tonight, I have leftovers for later. For my entertainment tonight, I decided to begin my campaign to watch the entire series of Mobile Fighter G Gundam in order from start to finish. I'm about a quarter of the way through the 49 episodes now. Fun.
Someone needs to come over and play with my cat. She's attention deprived.
I finally finished cleaning up after White Russian Night today. By that, I mean I did the dishes. There's still a vomit stain in the porch, but I'm not going to even think about that until the inch of snow on it melts. I'm also still finding glasses hidden around the apartment that drunks didn't put in the sink. Oh well.
They "fixed" the front door to my apartment. However, the latch doesn't fit into the hole in the door frame anymore, so you can still just pull the door open. I wonder if they're planning on actually fixing it eventually.
I'll write again after Christmas. Happy Holidays everyone.
