I went bowling last Wednesday with a lot of friends from high school, including some I never thought I'd see again. Hanging out with them reminded me of how immature we were in high school. Apparently, some things never change. I enjoyed taking part in the immaturity. I went home on Christmas Eve to have a holiday meal with my grandparents. They're so much fun. For dinner, we had our traditional non-traditional Christmas dinner: lasagna. It's my grandma's own recipe, and it's not very Italian. Essentially, it's layers of lasagna noodles with cheese and ground beef in between. No tomatoes involved in anyway. Reid and Dan would love it. It's really good. She also makes these good "cookies" made from squeezing a caramel filled Hershey Kiss between a nut and a pretzel. If you ask her, she'd be glad to give you the recipe. I didn't want to inconvenience her, so I had one sent to the lab for reverse engineering.

For those keeping track: Crazy-o-Meter holding steady at 53% Half insane? That's okay.

I went to mass at St. Theresa's on Christmas morning, because as far as I can tell, God still lives there. Afterward, I met my family at my other grandparents' house for lunch, presents, and dinner. As I do on every holiday, I spent a lot of time in the basement laying on the couch and watching TV. I also played Scrabble with my mom, sister, and uncle. I, of course, won. To finish off an excellent Christmas, I overate. This was followed by more lounging and TV watching. Then I went back to Valpo to sleep for a very long time

Today I played "Knights of the Old Republic" for almost all my waking hours. I stopped at 9pm to finally eat something and then go to Wal-Mart, cause I hadn't been there in a while. I am now about 3/4 of the way through the G Gundam series, at episode 34. I think I'm gonna make it before break is over.

Okay, talk to you later.
